SUMMARY:Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation
DESCRIPTION:This is a special offering from two facilitators of the Crystal Ashram\, Josh Krushat and Erik Lutz. \nThe meditation will be hosted in a unique space\, the loft of an old church. Josh and Erik will have complementary sets of ancient bowls for a unique discovery and deep immersion experience. \nSound Baths can benefit the body\, mind\, and spirit in many\, many ways including balancing stress\, promoting relaxation\, journeying\, working with intuition\, reducing inflammation\, connecting to inner truths\, and remembering the bliss within each of us. \nAll are welcome. \nThe meditation will start at 7:30pm\, no admission after that time. Please arrive between 7-7:30pm to get settled! \nCome early (between 7-7:25pm) if you want to experience some of the Subsonic bowls more closely. We will be placing some of these ancient masters on participants so you can experience the vibrations more closely and tangibly. These bowls send the vibrations out in a different way that is worth experiencing! \nThe cost for this event is a sliding scale of $15 to $30.
